ABOUT THE PROCESS
You must send me visual references + your description of what you want on your comission, that way i can portray the idea you have in the most accurate way. I'd much rather preffer to see visual references or representations of what you want in your comission, so we can work smoothly and faster, rather than reading a description and taking my own representation of that.I really need to hear from you so we can come to an agreement! i'll send a message immediatly your demand, then 24 hr after to see if you are still interested, and at last one last message 12 hr later, to warn you to respond 12 hr after the last message i send, if i do not hear from you by then i will have to give that slot to someone else.First i'll send you a rough sketch of your comission, so we can modify the pose, proportions, etc, once we get that right i'll keep sending you images of the process until i finish.Sketching + Flat coloring can take me up to 7 working days, rendering takes me another 7 working days (14 working days at maximum), i'll try to send updates of the process whenever i have news.
ABOUT MYSELF
I'm mexican so my first language is spanish, i perform better on that one, however i know how to speak/write english and i feel confident about it but sometimes but i apologise if i sound rude or a little off sometimes.I can speak french too but im not that proficient, however if you feel like you can comunicate better in french you can talk to me entirely in french, i'm sure i'll pick it up!

All legal disputes shall be adressed at the court of the State of Coahuila, of the United States of México, website: https://www.pjecz.gob.mxPayments may be with wire transfer if you reside in Mexico, if you are not, i will send you a paypal invoice with the amount according to every client.I will not work on anything that infringes the laws of the State, that includes erotic depictions of minors, hate speech related artwork, and the act of selling explicit content to minors (in Mexican law that means, under 18).All prices listed are for personal use only, you cannot lucrate with the artwork in any shape or form, if you wish to lucrate with the art it is possible but you must specify beforehand and in that case the prices listed shall change according to the needs of the client, legal proof of the rights will be delivered in that case if requested by the client.I do not consent for my art to be fed to AI or used for NFTs.
Upfront payment of 100% will be needed to start with the comission, payment plans available over 300 USD.None of the products will be delivered physically nor via mail, as all products listed are intangible digital products only.Only if requested an art piece may be sent to the customer, extra fees will be aplicable for this.This terms of service may change overtime but nonetheless they apply with the time accordingly as you contracted the services.By contracting the service, you agree to all of the terms above.
